| My own training journey began when I was very young. I was always quite active as a child then aged 10 I started training in martial arts which I continue to enjoy to this day. My early inspiration came from my dad and action stars in film's. The love I had for the physicality and challenge of martial arts soon developed into aspirations to compete in body-building. I trained from home then joined my local gym on my 16th Birthday.

After two years of learning the ropes I sought help from mentor and friend, British body-building champion Nick Casterton. After two years of hard training with Nick I competed for the first time and took my very own British bodybuilding title. This subsequently led to competing in Europe at World championships and achieving a top 5 World ranking!
I started working in the fitness industry straight out of 6th form college. I spent year's getting hands on experience in dealing with peoples fitness needs and creating bespoke workout routines, until I decided to set up by myself and provide a top class personal training service, based on over 10 years of tried and tested experience.
Since re-locating to London I have progressed in my fitness media career. Regularly contributing to top fitness publications such as Men's health magazine and body-fit magazine. I have also been the fitness contributor to the BBC Asian network since 2010.
Getting real results for my clients and seeing the difference it makes in thier lives is what drives me to share all of my knowledge and experience. Not only of training and nutrition but the power of the mind, the power to achieve and succeed that is within all of us, it just needs the application of correct knowledge and anyone can get the body they want!
I look forward to helping you achieve your own goals while I continue down the ever changing challenges of my own journey.
Yours in health,
Lee Bennett
